Established in 2004 by Tom Long, Paragon Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd was founded to meet the growing needs for civil and structural engineering services in the fast-developing region of Mackay and surrounding areas within Central Queensland. Since the inception of Paragon Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd, it has developed into a dynamic, innovative company, offering high quality engineering and project management services.

Through our designs, we ensure compliance to legislation and offer innovative, efficient and economical solutions to the design that will benefit the needs of the client. It is also important to deliver the client’s needs, on time and to quality. We are further committed to continually improve the effectiveness of our company Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2000 and the relevant legal and regulatory requirements within which it operates.
This will be achieved through the following objectives:
- To provide a professional service and client satisfaction by continuing to liaise with the client, and processing client feedback into our quality systems.
- To continually improve our services to our clients, improve our productive efficiency and cost effectiveness by encouraging internal and external training.
- Using the latest technology, codes, standards and statutory requirements on all design outputs.
