We are further committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our company management system to ensure compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and the relevant legal and regulatory requirements within which it operates.
The above is achieved through the following objectives:
1. To provide a professional service and ensure client satisfaction by continuing to liaise with our clients, and processing client feedback into our quality systems.
2. To continually improve our services to our clients, improve our productive efficiency and cost effectiveness by encouraging internal and external staff training.
3. By using the latest technology, codes, standards and legal regulatory requirements within all of our design outputs.
4. By considering the environment of our employees and clients through current occupational health and safety guidelines, both within the office and incorporated within our designs.
