Traffic Counts and Traffic Impact Assessments
Paragon Consulting Engineers regularly undertake traffic counts for use within Traffic Impact Assessments. PCE has carried out a range of 12-hour traffic counts in order to identify the morning and afternoon peak hours. These are then used with SIDRA analysis to determine if intersection upgrades are required.

PCE worked as part of a team of consultants in preparing concept planning for the Moranbah Town Square redevelopment project. Traffic and parking issues are significant on the site, so PCE was engaged to perform traffic, movement and parking analysis to produce a more efficient layout within the confines of the project boundary.
