Tender and Contract Management
Choosing the right contractor the job is vitally important, and doesn’t always just come down to cost (although that is of course an integral component). PCE can work with you during the tender invitation and selection process and provide professional advice to ensure that construction gets off on the right foot. Throughout construction, PCE will also perform the role of Contract Superintendent, to ensure the contract is administered correctly with regards to progress claims, variations, extensions of time and all other contract matters.
Budget and Timeframe Management

Key to our success is the relationship we maintain with our Clients, local authorities and Contractors and we go the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly until the last hurdles are cleared.
Development Process Management
Development Process management is a service offered to all our clients as part of our design process. We have dedicated Project Managers and Project Coordinators who will track the progress of your development during the approval process, and will make sure currency periods and expiry dates don’t pass by unnoticed.
